ICSA invites Land Mobility Service Facilitator Mícheál Larkin to speak at Life Focus Initiative Launch
The ICSA will launch the association’s Life Focus Initiative at the National Ploughing Championships in Ratheniska Co Laois next week, September 19th – 21st.
Chair of the ICSA Life Focus group, Mona O’ Donoghue Concannon, has invited our Facilitator Mícheál Larkin to be a panelist on Tuesday 19th September between 12.30-1.30pm.
ICSA’s Life Focus group can be called upon to listen from a perspective of lived experience on issues including Farm Succession/Failed Succession; Marriage Breakdown; Parent Alienation, Family Disputes; Mental Health; Rural Isolation; Farm Finances; Banking Issues, and more. Together they have experienced the full raft of problems and issues that can arise over the course of a farming life.
Mícheál will provide advice and information on what options are available with regard to succession planning, and managing change including collaborative farming arrangements. For those thinking about change or for those who feel there is no plan, options do exist. Mícheál looks forward to sharing his experience and knowledge from his work with the Land Mobility Service.
See you at 12.30pm at the ICSA stand which is located at Block 3, Row 19, Stand 317.
